性成熟男人有一点手淫是正常的，已婚男人都有手淫，当楼主多了一点，需要克制一下，听说到老后容易得前列腺炎。

楼主需要克制一下了，长时间频繁的婚前手淫可能导致婚后的习惯性早泄，所以说最好还是真枪实地的干比较好，G片多了跟女友看看调调情是很好的！
